Your Mission

🚀 How you'll make an impact:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable internal and customer-facing web platforms and APIs
  • Work across the full stack (frontend, backend, database, testing, deployment)
  • Design backend services for physical device management, telemetry, software versions, deployments, licensing and subscriptions
  • Build integrations with external services such as e-commerce, billing, accounting and other business systems
  • Collaborate with hardware and embedded software teams to ensure seamless integration between the hardware and software layers
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve the team’s development processes and product offerings

🧩 What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer
  • AI-first mindset, with a strong willingness to actively use AI tools in daily software development to improve speed, quality, testing, debugging, and problem-solving
  • Strong product mindset, creativity, and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into well-designed solutions without relying on detailed requirements or predefined designs
  • Strong functional analytics and product owner skills
  • Current tech stack that you will need to be proficient with: Nuxt, Vue, Python, Django, Postgres
  • Familiarity with Linux and Docker containers
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
  • Ownership and responsibility will be critical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Location in Europe, with the ability to occasionally be present in the Brussels office

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with device management & telemetry
  • Experience with a physical hardware and IoT systems is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana or Loki is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
