- Graduated from technology related field from a reputable university,

- Understanding of software development principles and frameworks

- Good command of both written and spoken English,

- Attention to detail and a strong desire for continuous improvement,

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written,

- Working independently and proactively within tight deadlines

- Strong facilitation, demonstration and training skills

- Developing data collection tools to determine the training and development needs of partners, customers and after-sales teams regarding existing products and carrying out the necessary needs analysis studies

- Designing, planning and implementing technical training and development programs in line with the identified needs

- Preparation of content such as Technical Proficiency Test and Practice Exam in order to measure and evaluate the post-training knowledge level of the participants after participating in the training programs

- Recording this evaluation results and determining improvement actions

- Collaborating with the relevant department manager and stakeholders to align and develop the training content with the target audience

- Developing, implementing and following the measurement and evaluation tools that will be used for the evaluation and development of existing education programs

- Conducting research to support the use of new technologies to provide training

- Following the necessary organization and documentation related to training processes, creating training strategies, initiatives and materials

- Willingness to participate in training, presentations, meetings, and other activities in Akinon’s office or external locations as needed to meet customer, partner, or internal requirements.- Updating information and content as new products are released and new use cases are implemented

- Maintaining in a database of all training materials

- Creating monthly productivity reports with the training satisfaction surveys to be applied, and reporting to the head level

- As part of the training development processes, fulfilling responsibilities determined in the process flow in the relevant sprint with the team. Participating and contributing to the necessary process meetings

- Proficiency in English and Turkish.
