WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS POSITION?
-Publishing job advertisements via portals,
-Updating the candidates’ at database systems as required,
-Conducting all recruitment search process via related tools,
-Screening and filtering job applications and making phone interviews with candidates,
-Planning interview with business team,
-Crafting and sending engaging recruiting emails to entice top candidates.
-Headhunting experience with very active usage of Linkedin and other career portals
-Excellent communication skills with business people both written and spoken, being a good listener
-A self-disciplined, organized, and social character
-Good ability to manage time and tasks in a prioritized order
-Ability to inspire a culture of innovation, execution, collaboration, accountability, positivity, and fun
-Embody the highest ethical standards, integrity, credibility, and character
-Able to operate at both a strategic and operational level
