Betty Blocks is the platform for generating applications using AI, helping large and medium-sized organizations build production-ready applications at AI speed, with the governance and code ownership that IT requires. As HR Manager at Betty Blocks, no two days look the same. It's an incredibly broad role: you'll be the strategic sparring partner for management, the driving force behind our culture, and the go-to person for practical HR work, all at once.

What will you be doing?

You build and refine our HR strategy. Think talent development, absence policy, and performance management.
You make sure the foundation is rock solid. You handle employment contracts, changes, absence registration, and coordination with payroll administration with precision.
You support hiring managers in attracting new talent. You help draft profiles, contribute ideas on job posting, and safeguard the candidate experience.
You're the connecting factor. Whether it's organizing drinks, the annual company outing, or a small gesture for a work anniversary: together with the office employee, you make sure the Betty Blocks vibe stays alive.
Employees and managers can come to you for advice, questions, and a good conversation. You're also the point of contact for the office employee and facilities team.
Besides Betty Blocks, you'll also support our sister organization Woeler with day-to-day HR work.

Who are you?

You have 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR role (preferably in a dynamic/tech environment).
You have strong communication skills, are empathetic, and possess a healthy dose of persuasiveness.
You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
You have up-to-date knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations regarding HR and absence.
You're just as willing to handle the more administrative, detail-oriented side of HR (paperwork and organizing events).

A salary between €4,500 and €5,500 per month, matching your experience.
