What does a Lead Account Executive do?

- Lead our Swedish Sales Team consisting of both business developers and account executives

Responsibilities
- Market Leadership
- Grow the market footprint
- Ensure that each local customer becomes an ambassador and generates opportunities using all available resources;
- Actively contribute to the implementation/adjustment of the regional strategy and execute it at fast pace using a mix of sales and marketing levers;
- Work closely with other teams to deliver market insights, help identify and address business/product priorities and enable BrightAnalytics to stay ahead of the market;
- Maintain gameplans, playbooks and other content to make winning strategies scalable.
- Revenue generation
- Reach regional team budget
- Make sure revenue team members reach their ARR targets
- Forecast revenue and potential business growth in the region;
- Responsible for regional pipeline (fuel + follow up)
- Put sufficient emphasis on the importance of pipeline management (lead by example)
- Lead generation
- Make sure our Business Development Team generates enough leads via combined business-marketing development actions to fuel our sales pipe;
- Monitor lead quality and manage our lead pipeeline
- Maintain- and expand our partner network
- Detect new market opportunities
People
- Recruitment
- Hire, train, lead and retain a top-performing team
- Onboarding
- Manage/ support the onboarding process in line with the onboarding plan
- Coaching/training
- Act as a coach to ensure that our global processes and best practices are being adopted in an efficient way
- Protect/breath the team-and company culture (cfr. the way we do things)
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and surpass their goals and reach an overall high level of performance (raising the bar)
- Approach: shadow sessions, roleplays, call/ meeting analysis, recap sessions, pop up quizzes
- Test/monitor knowledge on a permanent basis
- Expand knowledge when needed
Who are you?
- Masters degree in business
- +/- 5 years experience in a business/people/sales role
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Highly people oriented
- Ambitious, energized and target oriented
