We are looking for a passionate Python programmer with an interest or experience in PHP to help bring our ambitious AI roadmap to life. In this role, you’ll be the missing link that transforms cutting-edge AI-proof-of-concept code into robust, scalable microservices, seamlessly integrating them into our main PHP-based application.

As part of this multifaceted position, you’ll collaborate closely with three key teams:

• AI Research Team: understand and refine their innovative POC solutions.
• System Engineering Team: ensure smooth deployment of AI-powered services.
• Development Team: embed these servies into our existing ecosystem.

This role is central to delivering on our 2025 strategy, and you’ll be guided and supported by our Team Lead Development throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform AI research POC code into scalable, production-ready microservices;
• Collaborate with system engineers to deploy AI microservices efficiently;
• Integrate AI microservices into our PHP-based main application;
• Work cross-functionally with research, engineering, and development teams to align efforts;
• Maintain documentation and best practices for scalable AI service deployment and integration;
• Troubleshoot and optimize for performance, reliability, and scalability;

Who are you?

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven professional who thrives on turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with building microservices (e.g., Flask, FastAPI);
• Familiarity or willingness to dive into PHP to support application integration;
• Solid understanding of scalable architectures, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployment;
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes is a plus);
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams;
• Self-starter with a passion for solving complex challenges in AI and software engineering;
• Bonus: Background or interest in AI and machine learning;
