Your Role
As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in empowering our sales teams to succeed by equipping them with the tools, resources, and training they need to drive revenue
growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that our salespeople are well-prepared, motivated, and aligned with our company’s objectives and market strategy.

- Sales Tools & Process Optimisation
- Oversee and manage the adoption of sales tools (CRM, sales enablement platforms, etc.), ensuring they are being used efficiently to drive performance. Continuously evaluate and
optimize the sales processes to enhance productivity.

- Sales Training & Development
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to ensure the team is always at the top of their game.
- Content Creation & Management
- Create and curate high-quality sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and product documentation that align with our value proposition and enable the sales team to effectively engage prospects.
- Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on key metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Partner with marketing to align messaging, with product teams to understand new features and updates, and with customer success to gather customer feedback and improve sales strategies.
- Onboarding and ramp-up support
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to succeed quickly.
What We Are Looking For?
- Experience: First experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, ideally in a B2B context. Experience in working with global team is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in sales tools and Google suite. Experience in content creation and training delivery (e.g., presentations, videos, webinars). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to make informed decisions.
- Language: Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Personality: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
