About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Python developer to help us design, build, and deploy microservices that power our next-generation AI initiatives. You’ll work closely with AI researchers, system engineers, and developers to transform proof-of-concept AI models into fully operational, production-ready services. This role is essential to our 2025 technology strategy, and you’ll be guided and supported by our Team Lead Development as we push the boundaries of AI-powered financial technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Deploy and maintain scalable, high-performance applications in cloud-based environments.
• Integrate AI-driven services into our existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication with our PHP-based core application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business needs.
• Implement best practices in software development, including documentation, testing, CI/CD workflows.
• Optimize for performance, security, and scalability, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Who are you?

We’re looking for an ambitious, problem-solving Python expert who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Strong Python programming skills, with experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with Flask, FastAPI, or Django for developing backend applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with system integration-bonus points if you’ve worked with PHP before or are open to learning it!
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions).
• Bonus: Experience or interest in AI/ML, with an understanding of how AI models are deployed in production.
