Are you a highly motivated business professional and want to play a key role in a fast growing sales driven SaaS company? We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on, collaborative Lead HR & Sales Operations. You, a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and HQ while working closely with our sales colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and an engaging employee experience.

Responsibilities

People development
As a dedicated mentor you manage/support the onboarding process in line with the onboarding plan and in close cooperation with our sales coaches;
Ensure that our global processes and best practices are being adopted in an efficient way;
You are a supportive lead who coaches new team members, accelerating their ramp up through focused guidance and personalized onboarding;
Use our sales performance reporting and work closely with your sales colleagues to spot performance gaps and turn them into growth opportunities;
You turn our playbooks and training material into actionable support that empowers sales colleagues to drive results;
Drive team and individual performance by actively monitoring and refining progress against established KPIs. (vision of success)
Team retention
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and surpass their goals and reach an overall high level of performance (raising the bar);
as lead you support team engagement and contribute to a positive office culture;
Lead and support employee conversations in line with the company strategy;
Handle HR admin tasks proactively, from time-off requests to day-to-day employee support;
You’re the go-to person for team events, creating memorable moments for the whole team to enjoy

Sales Operations
Contribute to the improvement of the overall business by suggesting improved ways of working (workflow, sales tools, Hubspot usage, etc.);
Leading by example by participating in business development actions yourself when needed;
Cooperation with marketing in organizing lead generating activities, sales campaigns;
Preparation, coordination, aftercare in the field of events, sales/marketing campaigns (events, webinars, trade fairs…)
Talent acquisition
First selection of candidates for internal roles is managed by our HQ team, you’ll take the lead on second interviews and roleplays, job offers, etc.;

Characteristics

  • Masters degree in business (or equal through experience) and +/- 5 years of experience in a business/people/sales role
  • Tech savviness: Hubspot, Google Suite, Sales support tools
  • Proficiency in Swedish is crucial to engage with colleagues on a deeper and more impactful level, fluency in English a must in our international environment
