Your Impact
As a strategic partner to emerging mid-market businesses, this role as an (Account Executive Mid Market) calls not only for your passion for technology but also for understanding business operations and their nuances through growth stages. Navigating complex environments to exceed business expectations while drawing the businesses you acquire towards Deliverect for their order management solution.
In this pivotal role, you'll be a trusted advisor for mid-sized restaurant chains (8-50 locations), navigating complex business needs and crafting solutions that drive efficiency and growth. You'll leverage your deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, championing Deliverect as the key to a streamlined and successful operation.

A Typical Day

  • Leverage industry research and strategic prospecting to identify promising mid-market businesses and restaurant chains.
  • Work closely with internal teams to qualify leads and build compelling business cases.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by mid-sized businesses where orders are the lifeblood of their operation.
  • Analyze models identify integration complexities, and tailor Deliverect solutions for maximum impact.
  • Your in-depth understanding of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services will be vital in addressing complex technical requirements and crafting solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure.
  • Navigate and manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, and internal sales and implementation teams. Foster clear communication and build consensus across all parties.
  • Develop winning sales strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and effectively negotiate contracts to secure high-value deals that significantly contribute to company growth.

Your Expertise

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales Experience with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services, allowing you to address technical complexities and craft seamless solutions.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger methodologies and the ability to effectively apply them throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Toronto office (Adelaide St) and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. Fluency in French is a plus.
