Your Impact

In this pivotal role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience, drive project completion, and maximize customer satisfaction. Your expertise in project management, coupled with your excellent communication skills, will be instrumental in helping Deliverect solidify its position as a leader in the hospitality industry.

A Typical Day

Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com) to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
Understand cloud-based technologies and SaaS products to effectively oversee project implementation.
Work with APIs and software development lifecycles to facilitate smooth integrations.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent potential roadblocks.
Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Manage relationships with key client contacts, strategic partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Your Expertise

Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise project management, with 5-8 years of experience in total within the enterprise software or technology sector.
Experience leading and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
Proactive and resourceful with a focus on achieving project goals.
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptable and flexible to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Understanding of cloud-based technologies and SaaS products.
Working knowledge of APIs and software development lifecycles (basic understanding is sufficient).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
Bachelor's degree preferred; however, strong project management experience can supersede formal education.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Downtown Toronto office and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. French language skills are a great asset.
