A Typical Day
- Collaborate with management to drive lead-generation efforts.
- Take the initiative in mapping out assigned territories and identifying key decision-makers.
- Focus on selling the Deliverect product to restaurants, dark kitchens, and groceries.
- Consultatively sell the Deliverect product to potential clients, explaining technical integrations in clear and simple terms.
- Conduct guided and self-guided product demonstrations and secure customer sign-ups.
- Work with internal teams to manage post-sales accounts, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Accurately maintain and manage a sales pipeline using Hubspot.
- Collaborate with the broader Deliverect team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Represent Deliverect at industry events and trade shows.
Your Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in sales, selling to merchants or in SaaS sales
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential and existing clients
- Experience in presenting technical information to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales tools is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Additional Information
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills, particularly East Asian languages, are a plus.
- This is a full-time position based in Sydney, Australia.
- The role requires a work arrangement with 4 days in the office and 1 day of work from home.
