Deliverect is seeking a highly motivated Activations Specialist to join our expanding team! In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in welcoming new clients and guaranteeing their seamless integration with the Deliverect platform.
As the primary point of contact during the initial setup phase, you'll guide clients through the process, ensuring a smooth transition. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating the effortless onboarding of new clients onto our platform, directly contributing to their satisfaction and long-term success.

A Typical Day

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to grasp client needs and project requirements.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.
  • Configure and test Deliverect integrations with client's Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other relevant platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the activation process, addressing questions and troubleshooting any technical issues.
  • Document activation processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintain expertise in the Deliverect platform to effectively guide clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks during the activation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Support, Account Management) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Contribute to optimizing the activation process by identifying areas for improvement.

Your Expertise

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding, project management, or technical support.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and SaaS platforms (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to complex issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days in our Colonia Roma office in Mexico City office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must have impeccable English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal.
