Your Impact
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious global expansion plans. You'll spearhead the technical execution and launch of our solution for medium and large-scale businesses, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our regional team (2 people) to deliver exceptional results.
Through close collaboration with Sales, Customer Experience, Technical Investigations, Developers, and Account Managers, you'll orchestrate a smooth onboarding process for our valued clients. Your deep technical expertise and project management skills will be crucial in conquering complex API integrations and ensuring successful solution implementation.
A Typical Day
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions and demonstrations, showcasing Deliverect's capabilities to potential clients
- Design and execute comprehensive API integration plans for medium and large-scale businesses
- Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure flawless implementation and integration
- Oversee technical troubleshooting, resolving integration issues efficiently
- Manage the workload and provide expert guidance to your technical teamTrack project progress meticulously, identify and mitigate risks proactively, and report on project status updates
- Participate actively in internal meetings with stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Product) etc
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations during pre-sales and client onboarding phases
- Present project status updates and comprehensive technical roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
Your Expertise
- 5 years experience leading and executing complex API integrations within the food tech Industry preferably
- In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data security protocols
- Experience working with various payment providers and POS systems would be beneficial
- 2 years of experience leading and managing a team.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical hurdles during integrations
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technical projects within agreed timelinesStrong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent project planning, prioritization, and resource allocation skills.
- Adept at managing dependencies across internal and external teams (Sales, Account Management, Customer Success).
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across teams
- Excellent active listening skills to grasp client needs effectively
- Understanding of the hospitality and Q-commerce landscape (restaurants, delivery services, etc.)
- Familiarity with the challenges and pain points businesses face with online ordering integrations
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)

- This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days in our {Sydney office and 2 days working from home.
