Department Focus:
The Strategic Accounts team at Deliverect drives growth with our largest enterprise customers. We go beyond transactions by building consultative partnerships that simplify digital order management at scale, enable operational excellence, and open new growth opportunities. Through these relationships, we position Deliverect as a trusted partner to the industry’s most influential restaurant groups.
Your Impact:
As a Strategic Accounts Partnership Director, you will be pivotal in driving Deliverect’s expansion in the US within the Strategic Accounts team. You will build and manage critical relationships with our largest US-headquartered partners who have a global presence, such as NCR, Oracle, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. This role is a strategic blend of partnerships, and product, positioning Deliverect as a frontrunner in the QSR segment and directly fueling revenue growth and market expansion. Your success will be measured by the generation of new commercial opportunities and your ability to gain trust and credibility with key stakeholders, influencing a shared product agenda.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule with an option for to work remote for Locations other than Toronto.
What you will do:
- Define and execute a comprehensive partnership and engagement strategy with our largest US-based partners (NCR, Oracle, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub), who have a global reach.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring partner satisfaction and retention.
- Identify, qualify, and source large commercial opportunities (>500 locations) within strategic partner networks to generate new leads for the sales team.
- Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives with partners, and organize event participation at industry conferences, to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead the planning and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and manage sales forecasting and reporting for partnership activities to ensure mutual accountability and to inform data-driven strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams, including sales and product, to align on strategies, leverage global initiatives, and define a product agenda that meets the unique needs of the US market.
- Analyze partnership performance data to identify product trends and opportunities, and proactively refine processes to improve partner and customer experiences.
- Travel up to 15% of the time to attend key events and QBRs, engaging with stakeholders and gaining credibility as a strategic leader.
What you will Bring:
- 8+ years of proven commercial partnership experience with a track record of working with large QSR partners in the US.
- In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS partnership landscape, including channel marketing, partner ecosystems, and relationship management.
- A diplomatic, commercially pragmatic, and data-driven approach with strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to navigate ambiguity and build effective strategies from the ground up.
- A solid understanding of SaaS business models, sales strategies, and customer acquisition techniques.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams toward a project goal and share information openly to ensure alignment across departments.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
