Your Impact
As the People Data & Systems Specialist at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR operations through advanced data analytics, automation, and strategic HRIS management. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming people data into actionable insights, driving informed decisions, and enhancing the employee experience on a global scale. You will lead the way on HR technology, ensuring our systems are
efficient, intelligent, and scalable to support our rapid growth.
A Typical Day
- HRIS Optimization & Smart Automation: Drive the optimization and automation of our HRIS (Hibob) and related systems (Travelperk, Expensify, Ledgy…), focusing on streamlining workflows. Ensuring they support efficiently and are user-friendly.
- AI-Driven HR innovation : investigate AI solutions to enhance HR processes, including the development of an HR chatbot to streamline employee support, improve self-service capabilities, and drive efficiency.
- Data-Driven Insights & Intelligent Analytics: Leverage advanced data analytics and AI to extract meaningful insights from people data, enabling predictive analysis and informed decision-making across all HR functions.
- Process Enhancement: continuously improving HR processes through strategic automation and the integration of intelligent solutions.
- Communication & Technology Integration: Serve as the key connector between Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Rewards and People Ops teams ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
Possible Task List:
- Automate routine HR tasks within HRIS, such as onboarding workflows, data entry, and report generation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze HR data, identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Lead projects to integrate innovative technological solutions, including AI-driven features, into HR processes, such as predictive analytics for talent management
- Collaborate with IT to evaluate and implement new HR technologies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights on key people metrics.
- Lead training sessions for the people team and people leaders on how to leverage HR systems, automated workflows, and relevant AI features.
- Manage vendor relationships with HR technology providers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Regularly audit HR data for accuracy and integrity, implementing automated checks to maintain data quality.
Your Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS management and people analytics, with a focus on automation and strategic technology integration, preferably within a global B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience managing HRIS systems with deep expertise in system configuration, data management, and insightful reporting.
- Experience in automating HR workflows and implementing technology-driven solutions within HR systems.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Hibob), Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), Slack for communication, and Jira for project management.
- Knowledge of BI & data analysis tools like Looker, with experience in predictive analytics and deriving actionable insights.
- A plus : experience with relevant AI tools and platforms within the HR space, such as natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, when applicable.
- A strong plus : interest and/or experience in HR.
- Strong project management skills with working in cross-functional teams to implement HR system updates, technology integrations, and process automation.
- Understanding of global labor laws and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement automated compliance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead project teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive alignment across departments.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Madrid office and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.

- Contribute to HR Operations Optimization: The intern will support the enhancement of HR efficiency by applying data analysis techniques, contributing to automation projects, and assisting with HRIS management tasks.
- Learn People Data Analysis for Insights: The intern will acquire the ability to analyze HR data using relevant tools and methodologies, enabling them to identify key trends and contribute to the generation of actionable insights that support informed decision-making within the People team.
- Explore AI Applications in HR: The intern will investigate and develop an understanding of the potential applications of AI tools, such as HR chatbots, in improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
- Assist in HR Technology Integration & Reporting: The intern will provide support in the implementation of various HR technologies and contribute to the creation of insightful HR dashboards that provide valuable data visualization for the People team.
