Your Impact:
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth through expert management of our paid digital marketing channels. Your strategic approach to campaign optimization and your commitment to a 'test and learn' methodology will directly enhance our market reach and business impact, helping us deliver seamless experiences for businesses to sell anywhere and deliver everywhere.
This is a full-time, hybrid role, offering 3 days in our London office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on marketing strategy (approx. 25%): Work closely with the broader marketing team to develop and deliver performance marketing strategies across key digital channels. Partner with sales, regional marketing, and product marketing to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs.
  • Lead end-to-end paid marketing campaigns (approx. 50%): Strategically manage the full lifecycle of performance marketing initiatives, including optimizing allocated budget, defining compelling ad copy, and briefing creative. You will oversee campaign setup, launch, and continuous in-depth data analysis and optimization for maximum effectiveness, autonomously managing campaign parameters and making real-time adjustments.
  • Establish and maintain robust tracking and reporting (approx. 15%): Define, implement, and maintain proper tracking, reporting, and optimization mechanisms for KPIs and performance benchmarks to continuously monitor digital campaign performance.
  • Communicate key actionable insights (approx. 5%): Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, including marketing leadership and sales teams, on campaign performance and strategic insights.
  • Drive continuous innovation and trend research (approx. 5%): Research current online marketing trends to generate future campaign suggestions, fostering continuous innovation in targeting, messaging, and channel usage by testing the latest and new online marketing channels and technologies.

What you will bring:

  • Proven track record of leading and optimizing end-to-end paid marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment across diverse channels, including budget management and strategic allocation.
  • Comfort with taking ownership, proactively identifying opportunities, and tackling them without being told to do so.
  • Expertise in defining, implementing, and maintaining robust tracking, reporting, and optimization mechanisms for digital campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with relevant paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools like Rollworks and Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools including Looker, Google Analytics, and Hubspot reports, specifically for understanding B2B customer journeys, sales cycles, CAC, and identifying performance trends.
  • Commitment to a continual ‘test and learn’ approach, developing A/B tests, and sharing results with the wider team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and creative briefs (including leveraging LLMs and AI tools).
  • Comfort reporting, presenting ideas, and communicating key actionable insights to a variety of stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Nice to have: Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry.
  • Nice to have: Experience with marketing cloud technologies and SaaS products.
  • Nice to have: Experience with managing multiple regions and languages.
