Your Impact:
As a Content Marketing Manager at Deliverect, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand voice and driving demand through compelling storytelling. You will develop and execute a robust content strategy, creating diverse, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and directly contributes to lead generation and customer acquisition in a rapidly evolving global market.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our London office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with Deliverect's overall business objectives and marketing goals, focusing on audience research, persona definition, and identifying key content themes and topics. (Approx. 25% of time)
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, brief development, writing, editing, and optimization across various formats such as blog posts, website copy, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, webinars, video scripts, and infographics. (Approx. 40% of time)
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and distribution across Deliverect's owned, earned, and paid channels (website, blog, social media, email newsletters, partner channels). (Approx. 15% of time)
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. (Approx. 10% of time)
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, internal subject matter experts, designers, and external agencies/freelancers to produce engaging, on-brand content, ensuring all content adheres to Deliverect's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging. (Approx. 10% of time)
  • Propose, drive, and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing content quality, improving customer experience, and exploring innovative content formats or distribution channels, contributing to Deliverect's position as an industry leader.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive content marketing strategies within the food tech, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality content across various formats (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, website copy, email campaigns).
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in using analytics tools to measure content performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies for improved results.
  • Experience managing content calendars, projects, and resources (including working with designers and external freelancers)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design) and external stakeholders.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a proven ability to generate fresh ideas and experiment with diverse content types and formats.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in implementing on-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
