Department Focus:
The Strategic Accounts team at Deliverect drives growth with our largest enterprise customers. We go beyond transactions by building consultative partnerships that simplify digital order management at scale, enable operational excellence, and open new growth opportunities. Through these relationships, we position Deliverect as a trusted partner to the industry’s most influential restaurant groups.
Your Impact:
As the Sales Director you will serve as a high-impact, individual contributor tasked with rapidly escalating Deliverect's expansion in the U.S. within the Strategic Accounts team. This is a critical, quota-carrying role requiring immediate and profound impact, responsible for fueling massive revenue growth and market expansion, as well as driving partner acquisition within the QSR industry. This role is for a self-starter excited by the challenge of entering a new market and is driven by the opportunity to make Deliverect the winning player in the US in the next 18-24 months. You will be instrumental in positioning Deliverect as a frontrunner in SaaS technology for this segment, focusing exclusively on personal sales execution and closing deals at the highest level.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule.

What you will do:

  • Accelerate Business Growth: Take command of identifying, qualifying, and closing complex sales opportunities within strategic accounts. You will design and execute innovative, high-velocity sales strategies to decisively penetrate new accounts, with a focus on greenfield opportunities and urgently building new doors within the top 50 QSR brands.
  • Strategic Pipeline Generation: Drive a strategic and innovative approach to pipeline development, actively moving beyond standard outreach to generate opportunities. This includes mapping large, complex organizations, utilizing key partner channels, and personally executing campaigns to secure foundational partnerships for long-term growth.
  • Cultivate Relationships & Manage Accounts: Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Travel and Network: Proactively identify opportunities to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face. This will involve significant travel (up to 20%) to client meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions, sometimes on short notice.
  • Forecast and Report: Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity for your portfolio. You will prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities that will directly shape the go-to-market strategy.
  • Product Expertise: Quickly learn the products and become comfortable pitching and demonstrating them autonomously to clients.

Your Expertise:

  • A Proven Network and Experience: 7-10+ years of full-cycle enterprise SAAS sales experience with a demonstrable track record of success closing deals, preferably with 1,000+ location restaurants, QSR, or major retail chains. You possess an active network of established executive-level relationships that you can leverage to accelerate pipeline generation within your first 90 days.
  • Strategic Impact & Communication Mastery: The ability to command the room and articulate complex value propositions with exceptional clarity and credibility to VP and C-Suite executives. This includes exceptional written communication for crafting winning proposals and driving seamless internal alignment.
  • Entrepreneurial & Individual Contributor Drive: You possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset—eager to aggressively prospect and initiate new growth conversations—and thrive in an individual contributor capacity, focused on personally driving full-cycle sales and operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Intellectual Curiosity & Problem-Solving: A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a relentless drive to understand the 'why' behind complex, large-scale operational challenges. You are motivated to dig deep into customer ecosystems, ask the right questions, and leverage that knowledge to construct breakthrough solutions.
  • Analytical and Strategic Acumen: A capacity to analyze complex operational landscapes (e.g., POS, loyalty, and commerce ecosystems) and quickly master the Deliverect platform to effectively map its capabilities to the unique, large-scale needs of 1,000+ location organizations. Expertise in developing defensible business cases that challenge the status quo, which form the strategic foundation for securing executive meetings and competitive wins.
  • Hunger for New Business: A relentless drive to prospect and initiate new conversations, with a strong desire to overachieve on targets. You are excited by the challenge of starting from a limited existing footprint and building a pipeline from the ground up.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: A consultative sales approach with the ability to identify customer pain points and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: A resilient and hard-working attitude, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are a problem-solver who is coachable and manages time efficiently.
  • Willingness to Travel: Comfort with frequent travel, including at short notice, to attend meetings and industry events.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk). Deep background in or strong understanding of the hospitality, food tech, or POS systems landscape.
