The Internship Program:
Please note: This is an exclusive student paid internship program, not a standard full-time employment position.
We are looking for hungry-to-learn, highly motivated university students who want to kickstart their careers in the SaaS industry. At Deliverect, you won’t be making coffee; you will be an integral part of our global Partnerships Department. You will get hands-on experience, dedicated mentorship, and the unique opportunity to work daily with an international team focused primarily on the United States and Canada markets. This

Your Impact: As a Partner Specialist Intern based in Mexico City, you will be the face and voice of Deliverect for our strategic White Label Partners in North America (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.). You will play a crucial role in managing channel activations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and building strong, lasting relationships within our tech ecosystem.

What you will do:

  • Drive Partner Success: Manage internal and external communications for 3rd Party Delivery Channel activations, ensuring a seamless launch day for our North American partners.
  • Tech Enablement & Coaching: Become a Deliverect product expert. You will educate and train partners on our latest features through 1:1 sessions and best-practice sharing.

  • Global Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Partner Sales and Onboarding teams across the US and Canada to troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex challenges.

  • Process Optimization: Identify trends in our support processes and bring fresh, Gen-Z perspectives to help us build more efficient workflows.

What you will Bring:

  • Fluent/Advanced English is a MUST: 99% of your daily projects, meetings, and partner interactions will be in English. You must be completely comfortable holding professional conversations, presenting, and writing in English. (Spanish is required too; Mandarin/Cantonese is a great bonus, but not mandatory).
  • Student or Recent Graduate Status: You are currently enrolled in a university degree (ideally in your final semesters) or are a recent graduate looking to launch your career through an internship (prácticas profesionales).

  • Preferred Backgrounds: We welcome diverse academic fields, but this role is a perfect match for majors like International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • A "People Person" Mindset: You possess top-notch interpersonal skills. You are outgoing, empathetic, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and building strong relationships.

  • Hunger to Learn: You are deeply curious about the SaaS/Tech industry. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you must be eager to learn fast and thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Tech-Savvy Nature: You feel right at home navigating new software, adapting to digital platforms, and creatively troubleshooting basic tech challenges.

Role Details:

  • Stipend: monthly support of $10,000 MXN (gross).

  • Student-Friendly Hybrid Model: This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City. We collaborate in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, but school comes first! We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your university classes and exam periods.

  • Duration: A one-year internship program with the strong potential for a full-time offer upon the end of this internship based on your performance.
