Department Focus
The Product Department at Deliverect is at the forefront of the digital ordering revolution, dedicated to consistently delivering groundbreaking solutions to the global marketplace. Our team of passionate and innovative engineers, designers, and product managers architect tools that empower businesses to thrive in the evolving digital landscape, streamlining digital ordering for delivery and on-premise services. We are committed to creating user-friendly, dependable, and scalable technology that simplifies operations and enhances customer experiences, playing an integral role in the success of businesses worldwide. In our department, innovation is not just a concept; it's the driving force behind everything we do.
Your Impact
As a Senior Product Manager at Deliverect, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical product initiatives, as well as be a driving force behind Deliverect's expansion into new markets, working hand in hand with our GTM teams to determine what it takes to win in each one — and then making sure we build and deliver it. In addition, you will be leveraging Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to drive self-serve adoption of features and user retention. Your ability to balance technical complexity with a customer-centric approach will directly impact company revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the global marketplace.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Paris offfice and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do
- Unlock New Markets Alongside GTM: Act as the product counterpart to our GTM teams on market expansion. You will run detailed assessments of each target market to pinpoint the capability gaps and opportunities that decide whether we win there — local POS and delivery-platform integrations, payment methods, localization, and regulatory or fiscal requirements — and translate those findings into clearly specified, prioritized product requirements with a defensible case for sequencing.
- Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, developing detailed business cases and roadmaps aligned with Deliverect's growth objectives.
- Own Successful Market Rollout: Partner closely with GTM, Sales, and Onboarding to make sure each new-market launch actually lands. You will define launch readiness criteria, equip commercial and implementation teams with what they need to sell and deploy the product locally, and close the loop on early market feedback so that the second and third customers in a market are meaningfully easier to win than the first.
- Drive Product Led Growth (PLG) Initiatives: Architect and optimize self-serve onboarding funnels, in-product upgrade paths, and usage-driven tier models to drive user expansion and maximize platform value.
- Cross-Functional Execution & Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams to build scalable solutions, including managing technical requirements for APIs and core platform integrations.
- Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Act as a primary communicator to present clear product updates, pitch business cases, and influence alignment across all internal departments and external partners.
- Data, Market & Competitive Analysis: Define and track product KPIs, and continuously leverage analytics, competitive intelligence, and customer insights — at both product and individual market level — to prioritize the backlog and resolve complex user friction points.
What you will Bring
- Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing SaaS products within an agile environment, preferably in the food tech, SaaS, foodservice, or hospitality sectors.
- Market Expansion Experience: A track record of taking a product into new geographies or segments — assessing local requirements, competitive gaps, and compliance needs, then shipping the changes required to compete there. Direct experience with localization, regional integrations, or multi-market rollouts is a strong advantage.
- PLG Growth Mindset: Proven experience developing and optimizing self-serve user funnels, upgrade paths, or usage-driven monetization tiers.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with campaign management systems, online ordering networks, POS integrations, or technical API-first software architectures.
- Data-Driven & Analytical Skills: Strong track record of tracking product KPIs, building data-backed business cases, and making high-impact prioritization decisions.
- Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional squads and complex projects through influence, clear communication, and empathetic stakeholder negotiation — including working effectively with commercial and regional teams across time zones.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
