We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Intern to support our Global Legal Lead with a variety of legal and compliance tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in an international environment, working on client and vendor contracts, HR support, and compliance documents across markets including the EU and the US.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in reviewing and drafting client and vendor agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs)
• Work with contracts and policies that reflect international legal standards, especially in the EU and US
• Support HR from a legal perspective – helping with employment documentation, internal policies, and workplace compliance
• Assist Admin in preparing documentation for ISO certification, EcoVadis, and other compliance frameworks
• Help maintain organized legal records and templates
• Conduct legal research related to international legal and data protection requirements
• Learn how legal supports global business operations across multiple jurisdictions

What We’re Looking For:

• Final-year law student or recent law graduate
• Advanced English language skills and solid communication skills
• Reliable, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting
• Interest in commercial contracts, corporate law, and international compliance
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
