About the role

As our Implementation Consultant, you'll take the lead in deploying and optimising our cutting-edge intranet platform for clients. From leading comprehensive project plans to providing hands-on product training and support, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions in diverse organisational landscapes. What you will be doing:

Project Management:

  • Consult with clients to understand their unique intranet needs, recommend solutions, and develop project plans.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the company's intranet platform.

  • Develop and execute project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, HR, and department heads, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Training and Support: Provide training to clients on intranet usage and offer ongoing support and troubleshooting during implementation.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with internal and external project stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

Technical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure intranet solutions align with client requirements.

  • Address user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Customise and configure intranet solutions to meet the organisation's specific needs.

  • Share best practices for content management, document sharing, and information retrieval.

  • Google Cloud best practices are a plus.

  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with intranet trends and suggest innovative features and improvements to clients.

Training and Support: Provide training to clients on intranet usage and offer ongoing support and troubleshooting during implementation.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with internal and external project stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful intranet implementations.

  • Strong technical understanding of intranet systems and related technologies.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.

  • Dutch and other European languages are a plus.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
