About the role

You are joining a hyper-growth company – which means you’ll reap the glory of bringing us to the next stage and changing how the business world communicates. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with the SDR team, AEs and Marketing to improve the scalable SaaS sales process and create deals. We seek an independent, flexible problem solver to join our best-in-class sales team.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for bringing Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to your AE team and scheduling discovery calls demos in your territory (US).

  • Follow up on Inbound requests from ICP companies, and convert them into Discovery calls.

  • Personalize your outreach and use a multi-channel approach (Email, social media, call, video & chat) to initiate new business conversations.

  • Assist the AEs and Marketing to position our products, improve the accuracy of materials, and promote our business.

  • Adapt to an ever-changing process, environment, and market.

What you bring

  • You have direct experience working in SaaS Sales.

  • You don’t need a fully structured, predictable day-to-day. Your success is in your hands and is rooted in your ability to be independent and creative.

  • You love high-activity work: understanding that input = output and you don't shy away from learning new methods and stepping outside your comfort zone.

  • You are coachable and have experience in Sales Development but want to grow your career in Tech Sales.

  • Healthy competition - you HAVE to be top of the leaderboard

  • An analytical mindset and experience.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to find customer solutions.

  • Fluency in English is essential
