About the role
The Customer Success team comprises highly skilled professionals in the Netherlands, the UK, and the USA. Currently, we’re building up our SMB motion and are looking for an intern to support it. You'll have a real opportunity to impact our customers and revenue.
Your main goal will be to help our SMB Customer Success Lead to exceed the needs of our small business customers. To achieve this goal, your role will include the following responsibilities:
Support with renewal and upgrade conversations with customers, showcasing to them the value Happeo creates
Develop your skills in using Happeo so that you can provide recommendations for customers aiming to increase their engagement
Drafting email sequences to customers in different stages
Answering billing-related queries with the help of our Finance team
Collaborating with other teams, especially Product and Marketing
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a self-starter who is passionate about providing customer value and building relationships.
Here are a few examples of what we think might be beneficial for this role:
Collaboration skills to work alongside both internal and external stakeholders.
Clear communication and professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
A healthy dose of curiosity & proactiveness.
Experience in relationship management, sales, or other client-facing related areas is a plus.
Basic data analysis skills to understand customer usage patterns and metrics.
Resourcefulness in finding solutions and troubleshooting issues.

A minimum of 6 months internship, approximately 40 hours a week
Compensation: EUR 750/month
