About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of product marketing and help shape how our product is positioned, communicated, and brought to market.

You'll be part of the Marketing team, but your work sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll work closely with our founders and executive team, and your role is to ensure that as the product evolves, the entire company stays aligned around one clear narrative and market focus.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll help define direction, while also creating the materials and frameworks that help teams succeed in the market.

What you'll do

Bring market and customer insight into decisions
Help ensure new capabilities strengthen our core market and positioning.

  • Contribute insights that inform go-to-market and product decisions

  • Help teams prioritize opportunities that support our strategy

  • Bring customer, market, and competitive insights into discussions

Own product positioning and messaging
Define how our product and its evolving capabilities are understood in the market.

  • Develop positioning and messaging across both our established platform and our new AI product

  • Navigate the intersection of where we've been and where we're going — and make both coherent to the market

  • Ensure consistent messaging across product, marketing, and sales

Drive product launches and enable go-to-market teams
Ensure new capabilities are successfully introduced to the market.

  • Lead the go-to-market for product launches and major improvements

  • Create sales and marketing assets (messaging frameworks, decks, battlecards, launch materials)

  • Help Sales and Customer Success confidently communicate our product story

What we're looking for

This role is ideal for a PMM who enjoys both thinking and doing — and who is bold enough to shape direction, not just follow it. You likely have solid experience in product marketing and are looking for a role where you can take real ownership and influence company direction, rather than only executing launches.

You likely:

  • Have 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing

  • Have successfully brought a complementary SaaS or AI product to an existing market

  • Are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on

  • Are confident pushing back and saying no when something doesn't support the strategy

  • Know how to align multiple teams around a shared story

  • Are data-driven and know how to turn insights into decisions

  • Are comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make progress without having all the answers

  • Enjoy collaborating closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success
