The Technical Solution Architect will lead Itineris' technical team with the delivery of UMAX to our Clients.

UMAX integrates CRM, billing, invoicing, cash collection, meter data, asset and service management modules in one solution, offering utilities the tools & processes for effective sales, increased customer contribution margins, reduced lead times and streamlined operations. Be the technical lead of the project from concept to fruition, with focus on cloud infrastructure and interfacing.

Develop and document the current and future enterprise architecture

Produce infrastructure designs, software architecture documents, disaster recovery plans, technical requirements, feasibility studies and other relevant documents

Coordinate technical workshops with the client by providing architecture overviews and formulating recommendations

Challenge the feasibility of the technical solution

Support the Integration lead in designing & developing robust integration architectures using technologies like Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL Database, Azure Front Door, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Data Lake, …

Coordinate and execute stress and performance testing with the use of load testing software

Support performance tuning activities by identifying bottlenecks in the IT infrastructure or software

Validate the output of all developments and ensure they meet the technical architecture requirements and best practices

Build out a reporting infrastructure using Power BI & Fabric

Work closely with the Project Manager, Business Solution Architect & Functional Solution Architect as well as consultants & developers

Be the liaison between the project team and Itineris’ Center of Excellence team

Be the client’s point-of-contact for all technical matters, including Infrastructure, Integrations, Architecture and Development
Our ideal candidate……
-
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance, or other ERP/CIS applications through project delivery & implementation.

A broad knowledge of IT, experience or in depth interest.

Microsoft products in general and Microsoft related technologies

Application Lifecycle Management

Experience with providing technical estimates

Be able to influence and convince the internal organization as well as the external clients with an in-depth argumentation and demonstration

Willing and able to perform customer-facing activities (demo, workshops, presentations)

Capable of visualizing problems from various angles

Strong communication skills
