We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing Marketing team.

About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing; turning complex technology and data-driven insights into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption, differentiation, and growth. The PMM will own go-to-market planning for specific product lines, enabling Sales through precise messaging, positioning, and enablement tools that translate Tango’s capabilities into customer value.

The PMM will join a Marketing team built on curiosity, clarity, and accountability — a team where creativity meets precision, and where marketing is recognized as a strategic growth partner. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate closely with Product Management and Sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for product releases, ensuring clarity, alignment, and adoption across teams.
  • Develop ICPs, positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions tailored to enterprise buyers.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets (presentations, playbooks, objection handling guides, one-pagers).
  • Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to translate product stories into effective campaigns and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with Product to integrate market intelligence and competitive insights into roadmap planning.
  • Produce case studies, customer narratives, and market content to reinforce credibility and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to design and deliver interactive assets — including ROI calculators, self-guided demos, or test-feature experiences — that bring Tango’s product value to life and drive qualified leads through the funnel.
  • Track and communicate market trends and competitor moves to inform product and commercial strategy.
  • Mentor and collaborate with a growing Product Marketing team member to elevate executional excellence and consistency.

About You:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS Product Marketing, ideally in PropTech, Real Estate, or ERP-like solutions.
  • Proven ability to simplify technical complexity into business value and customer impact.
  • Hands-on experience in sales enablement, GTM execution, and product launches.
  • Excellent storytelling and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to refine messaging and performance.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and long sales cycles.
  • Effective collaborator across Sales, Product, and Marketing functions.

Base pay offered is contingent on qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is just one piece of the full compensation structure offered at Tango. If this pay range is outside of your expectations, we still encourage you to apply and have a conversation with us.

Base pay offered for this position is: $132,000 - $149,000.
