About the role
As we aim to scale at the speed of light, we're seeking our first Finance Lead to transform our finance department from compliance-focused to strategy-focused. This role is about being at the pulse of our business and shaping the future of Payflip's financial operations.
Your responsibilities will concretely include:
- Lead monthly reporting cycles and financial controlling
- Manage cash flow and strategic financial planning
- Drive optimization of our finance tool stack (Stripe, EOL, Silverfin)
- Collaborate with external accountants, internal teams, and CEO on compliance, operations, and fundraising
- Create comprehensive management reporting for investors
You will be part of a stellar G&A team, composed of our CEO and the most driven finance administrator (Britt 🫶) you've ever met.
About you
We are looking for a finance enthusiast with +5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably within SaaS companies.
Your mastery of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, revenue recognition) and financial modeling is part of your DNA, and your ability to translate numbers into strategic insights is exceptional.
