About the role

AI didn't kill the SDR role. It killed the average one. The ones who survive — and win — are the ones who figured out how to use AI as a force multiplier rather than a shortcut.

We're Timefold — a Series A scheduling optimisation company used by engineering teams at Apple, Microsoft, Boeing, AT&T, and others. Most of them found us through open source. None of them have ever been called. That's the opportunity.

What the role looks like in this exciting phase

As Partnerships Manager, you will build Timefold's partner ecosystem from the ground up. That means identifying, recruiting, and activating the right partners — system integrators, independent software vendors, technology alliances, and cloud marketplace programs — and turning those relationships into a reliable, scalable channel for pipeline and revenue.

This is a builder role. There is no existing partner program to manage. You will design the framework, recruit the first cohort of partners, define what good looks like, and prove the model.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to ensure partner activity is tightly integrated into Timefold's broader go-to-market engine.

Build & launch the partner program

Design Timefold's partner strategy from scratch — defining partner tiers, value propositions, enablement frameworks, and co-sell motions

  • Identify and prioritize the partner types most likely to accelerate Timefold's revenue: SIs who implement workforce management systems, ISVs who embed scheduling capabilities, and technology partners who extend the platform

  • Recruit and onboard the first cohort of high-value partners, establishing the processes and materials needed to activate them quickly

  • Create joint go-to-market plans with key partners, including co-sell plays, referral structures, and co-marketing activities

Drive pipeline & revenue through partners

Own partner-sourced pipeline as a distinct and measurable revenue channel

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Account Executive team to co-sell with partners, support joint deals, and close partner-influenced opportunities

  • Identify where Timefold appears in partner solution stacks — workforce management platforms, ERP systems, cloud environments — and develop strategies to deepen those integrations commercially

  • Manage and grow cloud marketplace listings (AWS, Azure, GCP) as a distribution channel for enterprise procurement

  • Build the enablement resources partners need to position and sell Timefold confidently: technical onboarding, solution briefs, demo environments, and objection-handling guides

  • Run regular business reviews with strategic partners to track performance, unblock deals, and identify growth opportunities

  • Act as the internal advocate for partners — ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Product understand partner needs and feedback

You're probably a fit if

Start-up energy doesn't scare you — it motivates you.

  • You have 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales at a B2B technology company

  • Have experience with creating a partner program — ideally at a developer-focused, infrastructure, or open-source company

  • You understand how developers discover and evaluate software,

  • You are skilled working with system integrators or ISVs in enterprise technology environments — field service management, workforce management, ERP, cloud, or adjacent verticals are a strong plus

  • You understand deal economics, know how to structure partner incentives

  • 'Clear communication' , is your middle name

  • You have experience with cloud marketplace programs (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a meaningful advantage
